Derek P Downs - President/Interim CEO

Mr. Downs has served as President since May 31, 2004 and was Interim CEO for the Company from August 2004 until June 2005 Mr. Downs has been a member of the Board of Directors since October 1, 2004.
Prior to becoming President and Interim CEO, Mr. Downs served as the Company's Vice President of Sales Marketing and Business Development. From January 2003 to May 2003, Mr. Downs held the same position with XBridge Software, Inc. From December 2000 to September 2002, Mr. Downs held senior executive roles in marketing, alliances, product marketing, and business development at i2 Technologies, a $1 billion supply chain software company. Before joining i2 Technologies, he served from December 1999 to December 2000 as VP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances for BSI Consulting, a midsized technology strategy firm. From May 1995 to December 1999, Mr. Downs held the position of Director of Strategic Alliances at Baan Company, a $1+ billion enterprise software company.

Gregory T Royal - CTO & EVP

Mr Royal has 18 years of IT Sales, Marketing and Management experience in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Mr Royal is one of the original founders of Cistera Networks™ and the inventor of the XSwitch™ Technology. He has held Senior Sales & Marketing positions at Sycom Office Equipment, Eagle Technology, Network General Corp. (NASDAQ:NETG) and Network Associates Inc (NASDAQ:NETA). Mr Royal has system certification with Compaq, IBM, Novell and Hewlett Packard. He also has significant experience in designing and deploying large scale IT systems including experience in Banking and Finance, Government, and Retail and Property Services.

Jim Miller - VP, Operations

Mr. Miller has 23 years of managerial experience and has been with Cistera Networks since its inception. Prior to Cistera Networks, Mr. Miller was CEO of T3, Inc., a systems integrator to enterprise scale companies across many vertical industries. Mr. Miller was also CFO/COO for Information and Display Systems, LLC, an application and networking solutions provider to IBM and other Fortune 500 clients. Prior to IDS, Mr. Miller served as a Regional Business Manager for CH2M Hill, a multi-national construction and engineering firm. Mr. Miller began his career with AT&T, managing a shareholder support team through AT&T’s diversification in the early 1980’s.

A Katrina Roche - Director

Ms Roche is a highly accomplished business executive with 20 years of experience in building and running global operations. Ms. Roche, 42, was most recently CEO in Residence, at the private equity firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). Prior to KPCB, Ms. Roche was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Evant, a private technology company providing supply chain and merchandise planning solutions to retailers.

Ms. Roche began her career in sales and marketing at Philips NV. In 1988, Ms. Roche joined the enterprise software industry with a position at a reseller of System Software Associates and continued on to found and lead Cygnus Technology, at the time, a leading implementation services firm, focused on SAP and Baan Enterprise Resource Planning projects. Ms. Roche left Cygnus in 1998 to join Baan NV, in the Netherlands, where she was Baan's General Manager for Supply Chain and was later promoted to the Company's Chief Marketing Officer. She left Baan with the sale of the Company to United Kingdom based, Invensys PLC. After Baan, Ms. Roche assumed responsibility as Chief Marketing Officer for i2 Technologies, where she was responsible for strategy, global marketing, and product marketing.

Cynthia A Garr - Director

Ms Garr has over 20 years experience in the IT industry in both Development and Senior Management positions at Mercury Interactive and Boole & Babbage. Ms Garr also served as President for WAVS Inc., a company that specializes in automated testing of wireless devices. Previously, Ms Garr has served as a founder of a Telecom Consultancy Firm and is one of the original founders of XBridge Software Inc. and Cistera Networks. As a senior level executive, Ms Garr has led large-scale engagements with Pacific Bell, US West, and SBC. She provides extensive experience in the management of technology people, both sales and engineering.
