Cistera Networks' IPT Applications Platform Selected by Canada's Concordia University
Customer Needs
Concordia University is a large urban university serving over 35,000 students from across Canada and around the world. Concordia, based in Montreal Canada. Concordia needed a solution that provided for the public safety and compliance needs on the campus. Concordia also needed a solution that integrated seamlessly into their existing Cisco Call Manager Environment.
Solution
Upon deployment of the Cistera ConvergenceServer, the university licensed two of Cistera's most popular applications: CallCenterRecord and QuickRecord.
Results
